The goal of Suzanne Duncan Multisport Coaching is to help you achieve your current fitness goals as well as some that you never thought were possible.  To do this, we need to balance training and racing with day to day life that includes family, friends and work.  It's all about having fun while creating and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.

If your goal is to do a sprint triathlon, run a 5k or just lose some weight, I can help.  If you are more ambitious and want to start thinking about longer distances - 10ks, half marathons, international distance triathlons, ironman distances - I can help.  I will give you an easy to follow training schedule customized to your life to help you achieve whatever goals you set for yourself. 

Even if you aren't ready to fully invest in your own private coach, I also offer some group training opportunities to get you started.
